LAUREN – Founder

Lauren has grown up & worked in family run hospitality, catering & hotel business’ most of her life leading her to run her own public house/restaurant for over 5 years. Since then she has successfully worked as a team leader for a high end cleaning company for a number of years, leaving to take a role as house keeper/PA leading to carer also. She has decided to combine all these years of experience to deliver a unique approach to a modern day household concierge service. She has carefully selected a skilled team to work alongside to guarantee customer satisfaction.

CAROLINE – Pet Care Specialist

Caroline has over 20years experience working within the animal industry. We are confident you won’t find anybody as loving, experienced & passionate about animals no matter how big or small. Caroline has an impressive set of qualifications including a National Diploma in Animal Care, Higher National Diploma in Management & Welfare of Animals, NARPS UK Pet First Aid & is a registered dog Walker. Caroline will love all your fur babies (no matter how many legs, wings or fins) as her own.

STACEY – Cleaning Operative

Stacey has 3 years experience in domestic & commercial cleaning. She has previously worked alongside Lauren for over a year. We couldn’t be more pleased to have our bubbly, hard working Stacey on the team, always bringing a smile to clients & the team.
