Lauren cared for my late parents. She started to clean for them, but as they aged, and their needs increased, her role expanded. She drove them to hospital or GP appointments, visited them in hospital, cooked, cleaned, washed, baked, took them out for lunch, drove them to wherever they needed or wanted to go. She went shopping with them, manicured their nails, arranged hair and podiatry appointments. She cared for their kitten. She was wonderful, and made a huge contribution towards their comfort. I could not have kept them at home without her help. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her work.

I’ve used Laurens services now over several Years and have recommended the team to several other people who have also begun using them. The team are super professional, very quiet (I work at home and dont notice them!) and extremely thorough. The house looks amazing after they have been. I get lots of odd jobs done I dont have time to do myself too which is a fantastic service for me! Highly recommended.
Lauren worked as a carer for the last two years of my parent’s lives. My Mother was 89 and my Father was 92. To simply describe her as a career is an understatement. While she worked for my parents Lauren showed outstanding versatility and willingness when performing tasks. During her time with them she undertook cleaning, washing, ironing, baking, personal care, shopping and numerous other day to day tasks. She was able to order anything they needed online and helped out with any technical problems they had. Neither of my parents were computer literate nor did they have mobile phones and she was able to help do anything online. Both my parents were hard of hearing so she was able to deal with phone calls. Lauren is an excellent driver and was very happy to drive my parents anywhere. They loved going out for lunch and she regularly took them to a wide variety of venues throughout Lancashire and Yorkshire. There were also trips to hospital and for other health care needs. Both my parents needed a wheelchair so it was no easy task getting them both dressed, toileted and into the car. Lauren was excellent and showed great compassion and care with both of them. She always made sure my parents were comfortable and assisted them ably with their daily needs. Both my parents could be difficult at times and Lauren seemed to be able to distract them and snap them out of depressions and cheer them up during difficult times. Lauren showed great initiative by suggesting, then sourcing a kitten which brought great joy and entertainment for them in their later months. She even organised the feeding and veterinary care of the kitten. Lauren is very thorough and competent with all the tasks she carries out. She is completely reliable and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
